I come to you to do the work in your own home, at a pace that is comfortable to you. I will clearly explain all the work I do for you, and leave you with a greater understanding of your technology, new skills, and the confidence that you can count on local help when you need it.
Here's My Focus
I come from a family of teachers. I focus on one-on-one coaching, tutoring, and user support. I don’t perform hardware repairs, wall mounting (e.g. TVs, speakers, cameras, thermostats), or complex software installations or upgrades. For safety reasons, I don’t handle lifting or installing large TVs or heavy equipment. If needed, I’ll connect you with trusted local professionals.
