Meet Grant

Ever since I got my first iPad many years ago, I've made a point of keeping up with every new generation of technology — phones, tablets, computers, apps, and everything in between. Along the way, I realized that I loved helping others with their own technology issues, and had a real knack for it. I have a lot of patience, and I genuinely like helping.

What I also noticed was that the people who needed the most help were often the ones with the fewest good options. Taking a device into a big-box store can feel intimidating. Waiting on hold with a support line is frustrating at the best of times. And family members aren't always nearby to assist you.

That's what Grant's Tech Assist is here for — a local, mobile service built around coming to your home and doing things properly. Sometimes that means walking through something together so you know exactly how it works. Sometimes it means I simply take care of it and explain what I did. Either way, you'll always know what's happening and why.
