Pricing & Service Packages
Clear, simple pricing — designed to feel comfortable and predictable.
I offer a fair Hourly Rate as well as a wide range of Flat Rate Sessions.
Hourly Rate
$65 per hour (1-hour minimum) Billing continues in 15-minute increments after the first hour
Most visits are 1–2 hours ($65–$130)
Not every tech question fits neatly into a package. For open-ended coaching, general troubleshooting, or anything you'd simply like to sit down and work through together, my hourly rate covers it. I bring patience, plain English, and as much time as the task actually needs.
Here are some of the things the hourly rate covers:
Phones, tablets & computers: settings, shortcuts, apps, accessibility (text size/brightness)

"Getting Started" Sessions - Each session is $120. Most sessions take about 2 hours, but there’s no pressure to watch the clock.

For clients who need help choosing, collecting, and setting up a new device or accessory
Sometimes, the hardest part of getting new technology isn't the setup — it's knowing what to buy and actually getting it home. This service takes care of the whole process.
A patient, in-home consultation to figure out exactly what you need and why
Online ordering together, at your pace, through a retailer like Staples or Best Buy
I pick up the item when it's ready — you simply let me know when the confirmation email arrives
Delivery to your home, unboxing, full setup, and a walkthrough so you know how to use it
Common examples: wireless printers, tablets, keyboards, external hard drives, and computer accessories.
Note: All purchases are made by the client directly. My role is to help guide your decision and handle the legwork — not to make financial commitments on your behalf.


Repair Concierge — Flat fee for pickup & delivery, hourly rate for diagnosis and setup
For devices that need professional repair — I handle the logistics so you don't have to.
An honest assessment of whether repair, replacement, or neither is the right call
A recommendation of trusted local repair professionals for the specific problem
Pickup from your home, drop-off at the repair shop, and collection when it's done
Return to your home with full setup, reconnection to your Wi-Fi, and a check that everything is working properly
You deal directly with the repair shop for payment and warranty — I handle the driving, the communication, and the setup on the other end.


Please Note: Here’s What I Don’t Do
Hardware repairs. I don’t open devices or replace internal parts. If hardware repair is needed, I’ll help you find the right next step.
Drill holes or mount TVs/speakers/cameras/thermostats
Complex installations
Lifting or installing large TVs
If needed, I’ll recommend trusted local professionals and help you through the process.
