I come to you to do the work in your own home, at a pace that is comfortable to you. I will clearly explain all the work I do for you, and leave you with a greater understanding of your technology, new skills, and the confidence that you can count on local help when you need it.
I focus on one-on-one coaching, tutoring, and user support. I don’t perform hardware repairs, wall mounting (e.g. TVs, speakers, cameras, thermostats), or complex software installations or upgrades. For safety reasons, I don’t handle lifting or installing large TVs or heavy equipment. If needed, I’ll connect you with trusted local professionals.

My Commitment to Your Privacy

I only use your information to help you with the tech support you asked for, to contact you, and to keep normal business records (such as copies of invoices).
I only share basic contact information if you ask me to deal with someone for you (for example, a repair shop or family member). I do not sell your information.
I do not leave your home with any of your data (unless specifically asked). Some services require passwords, passcodes, or verification codes. Occasionally, with your permission, I may temporarily view or enter this information only to complete the requested service.
Unless you specifically request follow‑up support that needs it, I will not retain login information after the visit.
