Patient, One-on-One Tutoring – I Help You Understand Your Tech
This is the heart of my business, and where you’ll get the most value. Technology is changing all the time, and keeping up is a challenge for everyone. I help you keep up with apps, devices, and software – patiently, without jargon, and at your own pace.
If you want to learn how to do something on your computer, tablet or phone, I offer dedicated time to sit together. There are absolutely no silly questions.
There are so many ways that I can help you: from helping with your new iPhone, to making Lifelabs appointments online, to organizing years of digital photos, to connecting you live with a loved one far away. I’ll coach you patiently, and leave out the jargon.

At the end of the day, technology should make your life better, and bring you closer to friends and family. Whether you want to share updates on Facebook, catch up with family with a video call on WhatsApp, Zoom, or FaceTime, or simply get your email organized and working without a fuss, I can help.

You love your new Samsung phone but want to know the more advanced features? Have you been wrestling with a stubborn and cantankerous printer? Resist the urge to throw it off the White Rock pier!
I work with Windows, Mac, smartphones, tablets, printers, scanners, new and old. I can help you with your phone apps. I can help get your new gadgets set up, or diagnose the current ones that are giving you trouble and are in need of some TLC.
Home Internet & Entertainment (Wi-Fi & Smart TVs)
If your Wi-Fi keeps dropping out or seems slower in different parts of your home, I can help. I’ll check your connection, improve your setup where possible, and recommend upgrades if needed.
If your Smart TV feels confusing or difficult to use, I’ll simplify everything so it’s clear and easy to navigate.
For a new TV, I’ll take care of the full setup once it’s in place — including connecting it to Wi-Fi, setting up streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, or Prime Video, and making sure everything works smoothly.
For safety and insurance reasons, I don’t handle lifting, mounting, or installing large TVs. Once the TV is in place, I’ll take care of everything else.
If you’re paying for streaming services but rarely use them because of confusing menus or too many remotes, I’ll help simplify things so you can actually enjoy them.

A recurring monthly visit for clients who want a steady, familiar routine. Same face, same home, same unhurried approach every time.
